Franca Nwaeze was born into a large family in Ihittee/Uboma local government area of Imo State, Nigeria, where she was raised as the second child among eleven siblings. Growing up in such a vibrant household instilled in her a strong sense of community and family values that would shape much of her life.

Franca’s academic pursuits took her across the globe. She began her educational journey studying broadcast in America, where she honed her skills in communication and storytelling. Her thirst for knowledge led her to further her studies in management in London, equipping her with the expertise needed to navigate professional environments and lead others.
